	STAFF The office is managed by Terry Young FRICS, who is a Chartered Building Surveyor. Terry Young has some 40 years experience of Building Surveying and has experience in both the private and public sectors. Other professional staff are engaged for specialist input when the nature of the project demands.
	AIMS The aims of the practice are to provide a competitive, efficient, economic and professional service for building work whilst protecting the clients interest in the management of the property.
	INITIAL CONSULTATIONS Terence Young Associates will be pleased to meet with you to discuss your particular requirements. You can request a particular service to be undertaken together with details of the fees involved. No fees will be incurred until the offer is agreed.
